Responsibilities

• Test mechanical watches using prescribed equipment and methods
• Repair and service mechanical watch movements
• Clean, adjust and calibrate watches to specifications
• Prepare accurate estimates that reflect required servicing
• Ensure completed repairs meet brand quality standards
• Meet assigned productivity and turnaround standards
• Coordinate with retailers and customers regarding repairs

Requirements

• WOSTEP certification or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years mechanical watch repair experience
• Proven mechanical watch repair skills
• Ability to work under timelines and meet productivity goals
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
