The Mechanical Watchmaker is responsible for testing and repairing mechanical watches for consumers and retailers, ensuring all work meets brand quality standards. The role includes cleaning, adjusting and calibrating movements, producing accurate service estimates, and meeting assigned productivity targets while working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair mechanical watches using prescribed equipment and methods
• Clean, adjust and calibrate watches and movements
• Prepare accurate estimates that reflect required servicing
• Ensure repair work meets brand quality standards
• Meet assigned productivity and turnaround targets

Requirements

• WOSTEP certification or a minimum of 5 years mechanical watch repair experience
• Demonstrated mechanical watch repair skills and knowledge
• Ability to work under timelines and meet productivity expectations
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work independently
