Summary

Provide elevated client service and relationship-driven selling for men's fashion in-store and through digital channels. Use store technology and omni-channel tools to engage clients, meet sales goals, and act as a trusted style confidante while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships through personalized outreach and elevated selling
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge for men's fashion
• Use digital tools social media and store technology to drive sales and client engagement
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and wardrobing techniques
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a collaborative positive work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fashion retail styling and selling to clients
• Commission sales experience
• Comfort and experience using technology for digital selling
• Ability to meet flexible work schedule and weekend or evening availability
