Men's Department Manager

As a Men's Department Manager at Loro Piana in Beverly Hills, you will oversee the success of a designated product category, focusing on optimizing sales performance and enhancing client satisfaction. Your role involves leveraging in-depth product knowledge and team management skills to lead your department in achieving and exceeding targets, while supporting daily operations and inventory management.

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans for enhancing sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the department.
• Develop strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
• Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships.
• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team and provide training.
• Communicate sales updates and analyses to department team members.
• Provide support in operational procedures including inventory management.
• Coordinate visual merchandising activities.

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Passionate about the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
