Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and styling in the men's department
• Support sales associates in fulfilling in-store and remote orders
• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide high level, personalized customer service
• Comfort working in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandising tasks
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
