Seasonal Operations Associate - Fort Worth

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during the holiday season by receiving, sorting, preparing, and processing merchandise to ensure an excellent client experience. Role reports to an Operations Manager and requires flexibility for varied schedules including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for client pickup interstore transfer or distribution center shipment
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in work areas
• Support operations team to ensure exceptional execution of assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Non exempt role comfortable with physical tasks and overtime as needed
