Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations and sales by handling merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining organized stock areas. The role also supports merchandise presentation and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, transfer, and process inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Maintain merchandise placement standards, complete price changes and reticketing, and support inventory control.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom, and assist with sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds, as required.
