Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations by handling merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining organized inventory. This role helps uphold merchandise standards and supports a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer order fulfillment.
• Maintain stockroom organization and complete inventory control tasks, including reticketing and processing damages.
• Place merchandise according to standards and support sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures and assist store leads and managers with daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and flexibility to manage competing tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds as required.
