Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations by handling merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining organized inventory. Works with managers and visual teams to support sales and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and handle merchandise and freight.
• Pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Maintain merchandise placements, stockroom organization, and inventory controls, including price changes and reticketing.
• Support merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds where required.
