Responsibilities- Manage and organize Merchandising Planning during official Forecast periods and before Seasonal buys.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
- Provide analysis and research to support store/department plans.
- Partner with GMM to communicate plan changes and revisions.
- Develop markdown strategies in collaboration with finance teams.
- Communicate with Worldwide Italy Offices on planning components.
- Create quarterly reports and run weekly business recaps.
- Analyze current trends and revise in-season plans for sales and profitability.
- Oversee Replenishment business, sales projections, and inventory flow.
- Monitor weekly store inventory for Replenishment business.
- Coordinate product for new store openings related to replenishment styles.
- Present recommendations and analysis to the Merchandising team.
- Develop and update tools & reports to respond to business needs.
Requirements- 2-3 years of planning/allocating experience.
- Strong planning/forecasting skills and understanding of retail math.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong work ethic and effective leadership skills.
- Possess exemplary verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
