Job Description

Summary

Support the Women's Ready To Wear merchandising strategy for the Americas as a transversal product expert, driving collection launches, analysis, stock management, and retail tools under managerial guidance. Deliver detailed reporting, competitive analysis, and assist with presentations while maintaining sample closets and merchandising trackers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Women Ready To Wear strategies and priorities across the Americas retail network
  • Support collection launch plans and create retail merchandising tools and imagery recaps
  • Prepare assortment feedback recaps and competitive analysis to inform market actions
  • Maintain routine reporting and assist with ad hoc analysis and presentations
  • Oversee community communication and curate stylist snapshots to foster engagement
  • Maintain WRTW sample closet and tracker
  • Support stock rebalances and inventory coverage for peak periods and events
  • Partner with Supply Chain on permanent programs and zone transfers
  • Support events and participate in buying sessions including order input and sizing

Requirements

  • 3 years of merchandising experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate sales analysis into actions
  • Passion and knowledge of Women's Ready To Wear luxury products
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in merchandising and inventory tasks
