Summary
Support sales and profitability of the direct to consumer North America product line by contributing to buyer strategy and assortment development, providing sales analysis and marketplace insight, and managing operational functions across the product lifecycle and buy process.
Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in buying and business meetings
- Shop parent line and competitive marketplace and present findings
- Perform style and color analysis and assist with assortment recommendations
- Prepare and maintain assortment planning tools such as paginations and boards
- Maintain and manage purchase orders and troubleshoot order issues
- Present product performance at monthly hindsight meetings
- Manage on order tracking reports and lead on order meetings with weekly updates
- Enter weekly price changes and prepare re-ticketing and price change task forms
- Create maintain and validate accuracy of weekly business review and selling reports
Requirements
- High level of accuracy detail orientation and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be solution oriented
- General understanding of customer marketplace and product lifecycle
- Ability to complete current and historical business analysis at style and color level
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Experience with systems such as GFE Island Pacific MSL Microstrategy and Microsoft Office
