Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. This role helps maintain presentation standards and provides responsive service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place and present merchandise on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise placement and presentation standards, assist with floor recovery, and replenish supplies.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support other store projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Ability to retain merchandising standards and use computers, RF guns, mobile devices, and related software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle when required, consistent with state driver license standards.
