Merchandising Support Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

Support merchandising operations for a specialty retail store at the Fashion Valley location. Assist with merchandise presentation, inventory processes, and day to day visual standards to ensure an excellent customer experience and optimized sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization
• Implement visual merchandising and display adjustments
• Coordinate pricing and tagging of products
• Maintain sales floor and back stock cleanliness and organization
• Support markdowns and transfers as directed
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising priorities

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work a variable retail schedule including weekends
