Summary

Part-time Merchandising Support Associate responsible for assisting store merchandising efforts at the Fashion Valley location. Role focuses on visual presentation, inventory support, and maintaining merchandise standards to enhance the shopping experience. Works closely with store management and visual merchandising teams to execute floor plans and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation on the sales floor
• Receive, unpack, and process merchandise deliveries
• Stock shelves and ensure accurate product placement
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized backstock
• Execute floor moves and display resets as directed
• Support inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
• Collaborate with management to implement merchandising directives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and visual awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
