Merchandising Vault Coordinator

Summary

Support cross functional teams by maintaining the quality, presentation, and organization of the active sample line and ensuring accurate merchandise visibility through systems. The role partners with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Visual, Design, Product Development, Public Relations, Wholesale, and Retail while adhering to corporate handling guidelines. Responsible for sample vetting, showroom coverage, trade show preparation, and assisting with inventories and asset care. Position reports to Senior Manager, Merchandising Vault and is based in Tribeca.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, presentation, and organization of the active sample line
• Process memos, transfers, and returns for PR, Wholesale, and Retail
• Assist with trade show preparation, sample line building, and master line upkeep
• Provide showroom coverage and support cross functional departments as needed
• Use Oracle system functionalities to ensure accurate merchandise visibility
• Vet samples for accuracy under Manager of Creative Vault guidance
• Comply with company guidelines for transporting and handling product
• Assist with quarterly physical inventories and asset care
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• BS/BA in Business Merchandising or related field
• Exceptional communication skills and professional maturity
• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of inventory control and multi tasking ability
• Proactive team player with problem solving and resilient attitude
• Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office including Excel
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones is a plus
• Ability to work in office five days per week in Tribeca
