Summary
Lead the strategic development and execution of Dior’s signature skincare service training programs across North America, elevating facial service quality and client experiences. Partner closely with Education, Retail Excellence, Marketing, Client Experience and Field Sales to drive skincare business growth through trainings, retail activations, and in-store coaching. Represent the brand as a skincare authority and deliver high-impact education and event support to retail partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute proprietary skincare service training programs for estheticians and retail teams nationwide.
- Design and deliver advanced facial service trainings, workshops and train-the-trainer sessions focused on technique, product application and consultation.
- Provide ongoing in-store coaching and field support to reinforce service standards and improve retail performance.
- Lead skincare animations, retail activations, VIP events and exclusive client experiences to drive engagement and sales.
- Partner cross-functionally to align training and event execution with brand priorities and product launches.
- Monitor service quality across activations and provide actionable feedback to maintain Dior’s luxury standards.
Requirements
- Active Esthetician License required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aesthetic training, luxury skincare services, retail education and high-end beauty retail.
- Proven success leading skincare events, retail activations and elevated client experiences that drive sales.
- Strong presentation, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Office 365 and digital tools for education and content development.
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 70%, to support trainings, events and field coaching across North America.
