Network Analysis Manager - Operations Strategy, Planning & Insights

Summary

The Network Analysis Manager supports long-term strategy for store, digital, and reverse supply chain networks. This role develops advanced analyses and translates findings into recommendations that improve efficiency, cost, service levels, and operational agility. The position partners across teams to shape network design and logistics plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and continuously optimize end-to-end supply chain flows, developing requirements and strategies for network optimization and simulation modeling.
• Lead project analysis through data collection, diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment, and deployment planning.
• Connect workstreams to broader strategic goals and create executive-level narratives that support enterprise decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovation and anticipate future business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong strategic and analytical skills.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, high-profile projects or programs.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, finance, entrepreneurship, analytics, supply chain, operations management, or a similar field.
• Experience managing ambiguity, establishing structure and prioritization, and using data-driven storytelling to inform complex decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex information and align diverse stakeholders.
