Summary
The Senior Program Manager will lead operational excellence and program delivery across Nordstrom's sort center network. This role translates supply chain strategy into execution roadmaps, oversees launches and vendor performance, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve network results.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute program roadmaps for sort center capabilities, launches, and network improvements.
- Lead launch readiness, cutover, stabilization, and change management using repeatable playbooks.
- Track network KPIs and turn performance data into insights for leadership and business reviews.
- Manage 3PL relationships, service-level agreements, KPIs, business reviews, and scope alignment.
- Coordinate across operations, transportation, inventory, stores, finance, sourcing, and technology teams.
- Communicate program progress, risks, escalations, and performance to working teams and senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, transportation, logistics, 3PL management, or retail.
- Experience managing external vendors or 3PL partners, including SLA and KPI management and contract or scope negotiations.
- Ability to develop strategies, business cases, financial models, and multi-year roadmaps for senior leadership.
- Experience launching or scaling sites, facilities, or network capabilities through steady-state operations.
- Strong financial acumen, data and analytics experience, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred, or equivalent program governance experience.
