Summary
The Omni Stockist supports store management and the broader retail network by fulfilling and facilitating product requests, participating in consignment and virtual selling, and driving sales across retail and digital channels. This role focuses on efficient order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and supporting in-store and virtual client experiences while working closely with leadership and selling teams.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours
- Rebalance request transfers and prepare merchandise for shipping
- Pull deliverables, package items, and deliver to the shipping department
- Support BOPIS, Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store, and other omni-channel processes
- Prepare consignments and support virtual appointments and remote selling
- Process charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store to drive network sales
- Assist with order fulfillment options including ship to home and white glove services
- Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omni-channel operations
- Act as a technical resource for in-store digital clienteling platforms
Requirements
- 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience; 2-4 years preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Stock control and selling experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to work in a team environment and support cross-functional partners
- Foreign language skills are a plus
