Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for the Ralph Lauren brand and a desire to grow with the company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work standing and walking shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs.
- Capability to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting receiving/stocking functions.
