Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at the Beverly Center. This critical role supports the heart of our store operations, ensuring excellence in all back-of-house processes and enabling our client-facing teams to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

• Maintain the operational backbone of the store by managing inventory and supporting after-sales services.
• Coordinate product flow and safeguard store assets.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Provide client services and manage store facilities and systems.
• Support financial operations and client care initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Extremely organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for process and luxury retail experience preferred.
