Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports efficient back-of-house operations at the store. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy and supports the sales team and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock orders, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Retrieve stock for the sales team, including omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
• Maintain an orderly back of house and uphold retail operations and quality standards.
• Support aftersales services, stockroom equipment, administration, store events, visual merchandising, and stock taking.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in core Microsoft software; SAP experience is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a busy team environment.
