Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports back-of-house store operations and helps maintain accurate, organized inventory. The role also supports the sales team and contributes to a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock orders, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Retrieve stock for the sales team, including omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
• Maintain an organized back of house and uphold retail operations standards.
• Check product quality, support alterations and repairs, and report equipment issues.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist with events, visual merchandising, and stocktaking as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft software; SAP experience is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
