Operations Associate

Summary

Supports back-of-house store operations with a focus on inventory control, stock handling, and efficient administrative support. Helps the sales team retrieve stock promptly and contributes to a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock orders, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Retrieve stock for the sales team, including omnichannel requests and stock pullbacks.
• Maintain an organized back of house in line with retail operations standards and perform product quality checks.
• Support aftersales services, including alterations, repairs, and personalization.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and raise concerns promptly.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist with events, visual merchandising, and stocktaking as requested.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft software; SAP experience is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
