Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports the daily operations of a retail store, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling position may also assist customers and support sales as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, tag merchandise, and complete inventory scans and replenishment activities.
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store transfers while maintaining organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Maintain store presentation standards, participate in visual merchandising, and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
