Summary
Join the store team as an Operations Associate supporting customer service, OMNI order fulfillment and store merchandise maintenance. You will assist with POS transactions, order picking, BOPIS, visual merchandising support and inventory activities while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately through the POS system and manage daily cash handling tasks
- Collect and maintain client contact information and client files
- Support service desk activities and provide basic client resolution and escalation
- Pick E-Commerce and IST orders to meet targeted unit per hour rates and assist with BOPIS operations
- Support logistics with on-floor activities such as markdowns, re-ticketing and re-tagging
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise reflects standards
- Monitor returns, re-stock merchandise and support stock level maintenance
- Assist visual team with seasonal changes, displays and special events
- Support sales floor as needed and participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management
- Experience in a client-facing service desk role preferred
- Strong service orientation with ability to handle customer inquiries calmly and efficiently
- Demonstrated interest in retail technology and its application to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support cross-functional activities
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
