Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports store operations and delivers exceptional customer service at Harry Rosen's Square One location. This part-time role handles transactions, order fulfillment, merchandise maintenance, and inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, maintain client records, handle cash, and support service desk activities.
• Pick e-commerce and in-store orders and assist with BOPIS and logistics activities.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels, support visual changes, and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide sales floor support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in technology that supports retail customer service.
