Operations Associate I

As an Operations Associate I at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and moving merchandise accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet location standards and goals, ensuring safety and productivity.

• Pick, pack, and merge orders efficiently.
• Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain department supplies.
• Perform standing or walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
• Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as required.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing.
• Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Basic computer skills and use of Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to attend scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
