Watch Technician

As a Watch Technician at Watchfinder US in Fort Worth, you will play a crucial role in preparing watches for sale at our logistics hub. Your attention to detail and ability to meet daily targets will be essential in ensuring the quality and readiness of our products. This technical role requires collaboration with the team and involves both hands-on work with watches and computer-based tasks.

• Prepare watches for polish by removing bracelets and bezels from cases.
• Disassemble watches partially or fully for polishing.
• Adjust watch bracelets and fit straps.
• Fit replacement parts to watches.
• Clean watches after polishing.
• Start and complete time service schedules.
• Regulate watch timing on applicable watches.
• Polish watches.
• Change batteries in quartz watches.
• Maintain tools in good working order.
• Observe and abide by 5s procedures.
• Test watches prior to purchase.
• Conduct QC testing on watches at the end of service schedules.
• Perform timing and pressure testing on watches.
• Manage workload and meet daily targets.

• Experience in a service/technical environment is ideal.
• Experience with watches is beneficial, but training can be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Highly conscientious with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Highly organized and capable of managing own workload.
