Summary

The Operations Associate processes and moves merchandise accurately and efficiently in a warehouse environment. The role supports picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while meeting operational and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, merge, scan, and label orders and merchandise.
• Replenish, stock, rebag, and reticket products as needed.
• Load and unload trailers, build pallets, and verify merchandise and locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Use equipment and handheld devices safely and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and able to perform basic math.
• Basic computer and handheld RF device skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work on a team, meet performance expectations, and maintain attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise, including items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
