Operations Associate I - Vault/Spare Parts

Summary

Processes and moves merchandise accurately and efficiently in a warehouse environment. Supports vault and spare parts operations across functions such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and merge orders; rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products.
• Verify production and product locations, and set or assign locations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and handle equipment and supplies safely.
• Meet department standards and performance goals while following company procedures, safety guidelines, and training requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and fluency in English.
• Entry-level warehouse or production experience; basic computer and handheld RF device skills.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to regularly move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
