Summary

The Operations Associate supports store sales and customer experience through merchandise handling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and stockroom organization. The role also assists with merchandise presentation and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight, merchandise transfers, and customer order fulfillment.
• Complete price changes, reticketing, inventory control, and back stocking.
• Maintain stockroom organization and follow merchandise placement and presentation standards.
• Assist with sale events, signage, in-store activations, and safe work practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds where required.
