Responsibilities- Maintain all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Support store sales productivity and customer service through accurate and timely processing of inventory transactions.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels and accurate representation of sizes and styles.
- Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room at all times.
- Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Stock store shelves and racks as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the store’s physical inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support daily operations such as opening & closing the store, managing registers, and visual maintenance.
- Set an example of operational excellence by following policies & procedures.
- Support the sales team with tasks such as running sizes, assisting at the cash register, and advising on stock availability.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers, clients, and management.
Requirements- Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment, with stock experience preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail.
- Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
