Responsibilities- Provide efficient and timely processing of service orders and parts, maintaining production and quality standards.
- Support global after-sales locations with service order and commercial invoice creation, ensuring country-specific requirements are met.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and secure workspace, ensuring adequate supply inventory for handling and packing client merchandise.
- Organize paperwork according to retention guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between the Service Center and internal clients.
- Proactively address repair service issues and client escalations with management.
- Assist management with projects and tasks to meet business needs.
- Advocate for internal clients by obtaining necessary information for resolution of client issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with responsible parties.
Requirements- 2 years of business experience with a strong operational background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and English language skills.
- Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs.
- High ability to collaborate and build strong business relations.
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Preferred: Undergraduate degree, packing, distribution, and/or QA experience, familiarity with jewelry, watches, clocks, and silver products, experience in operations, technical, or luxury retail environment, knowledge of AS400, MIPS, POS, or Compass, and knowledge of shipping and tracking systems.
