Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate in Palo Alto, you will provide exemplary customer service by maintaining efficient and effective support in all store operations functions. Your role will include responsibilities in shipping/receiving, stock room, cash office, and operational administrative duties.

• Maintain supplies for office and facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
• Work with accounts payable to ensure all invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Support the shrink reduction plan by demonstrating knowledge of shrinkage control and company regulations.
• Coordinate accessories repair service process through external vendors.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
• Assess store processes and procedures, providing suggestions and solutions for efficiency.
• Ensure merchandise is processed according to company regulations and standards.
• Execute accurate and effective cash office processes and ensure compliance on POS audit section.
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by the general and department manager.
• Demonstrate passion and respect for the product.
• Exhibit pride through positive demeanor, body language, and personal presentation.
• Demonstrate professional etiquette through integrity, honesty, and respect for others.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand and desire to grow with the company.
• Collaborative team player willing to support all departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts standing and walking, and lift approximately 20 lbs.
• Ability to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting receiving/stocking store functions.
