Operations Associate

Summary

Provide exemplary customer experience by maintaining efficient and effective support in store operations, including shipping/receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and administrative duties. Support inventory preparation and execution while partnering with store leadership to assess and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation, counts, transfers and execution of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards, including UPS and transfer documentation.
• Maintain stock room, supplies, office and grooming product control and replenishment.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and accurately.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures and coordinate engraving/embossing services.

Requirements

• Relevant retail operations experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player able to partner with all departments and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, climb a ladder as trained, operate a register and stand for multiple hours.
