Operations Associate - Women's

Summary

The Operations Associate supports boutique inventory and stockroom operations while protecting merchandise and company assets. The role maintains organized stock areas and records, supports receiving, and helps ensure store standards and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and price changes.
• Pack or wrap customer merchandise as needed.
• Support receiving-area problem solving and productivity.
• Follow company policies and procedures and participate in store meetings and training.

Requirements

• Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle merchandise and complete accurate documentation.
• Comfort using inventory-control systems and related equipment.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift merchandise and fixtures.
