Summary
Provide efficient back of house operations support for the store including shipping and receiving, stock room management, cash office processes and administrative operational duties to ensure excellent customer experience and store efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
- Coordinate accessories repair engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation and execution including reading transfer and shipping documents
- Execute cash office processes and ensure compliance on POS audits
- Partner on shrink reduction plans and report violations appropriately
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
- Assess store processes and provide suggestions for efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations or support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock during receiving and stocking functions
- Collaborative team player with passion for the brand
