Operations Controller

As an Operations Controller at Gucci, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to both front and back of house teams. Your role will involve various sales support, POS, inventory tasks, stock processing, and administrative functions, all while promoting Gucci's values and creating a luxury client experience.

• Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
• Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
• Assist Client Advisors with VIG client appointments, consignments, and transaction closures.
• Provide dressing room support and manage calls with professionalism.
• Facilitate store transfer requests, charge sends, and product inquiries.
• Assist in pulling styles and sizes from stock and support inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for receipt signatures.
• Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
