Operations Controller - Sawgrass Outlets

As an Operations Controller at Gucci Sawgrass Outlets, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support by managing an efficient stockroom and ensuring accurate inventory. You will assist management in daily operations, addressing operational, service, facilities, and compliance challenges, while embodying the Gucci brand values.

• Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
• Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational process problems.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
• Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
• Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
• Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
• Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
• Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with technology and internal retail systems.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
• 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
