Operations Coordinator

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining compliance and operational excellence. The role manages daily administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while supporting a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure product is handled, shipped, received, and tracked correctly.
• Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support other transactional flows, and maintain inventory controls.
• Manage boutique supplies, support audits and care service processes, and uphold Maison policies and standards.
• Collaborate with boutique teams and management to improve workflows, solve problems, and support special projects.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; able to move packages and products.
