Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining operational excellence and compliance. This role manages day-to-day administrative, financial, inventory, and logistics processes while supporting a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure boutique policies and procedures are followed, and coordinate opening and closing activities.
  • Manage product shipments, transfers, receiving, handling, and inventory control.
  • Monitor sales transactions and financial documentation, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Support audits, boutique supplies, care service processes, and implementation of operational action plans.
  • Collaborate with management and client-facing teams to improve workflows and maintain boutique standards.
  • Build brand knowledge and share operational best practices with regional peers.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; prior operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
  • Ability to move packages and products and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
