Job Description

Summary

The Operations Coordinator is a 12-month contract role supporting Distribution Centre and eCommerce operational activities to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient workflows. The position assists with GNFR management, inventory control including cycle counts and reconciliations, and system reconciliation between WMS and SAP. The Coordinator maintains operational reporting, supports invoice processing, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Distribution Centre and eCommerce operations through communication, issue resolution, and priority management
  • Coordinate and monitor workflows to meet SLAs, productivity targets, and customer commitments
  • Manage GNFR inventory including ordering, tracking, replenishment, and distribution of supplies
  • Support inventory control activities: cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and adjustments
  • Assist with inventory movements, return-to-vendor processes, and inter-location transfers
  • Investigate and resolve system exceptions and transaction failures between WMS and SAP
  • Maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor performance and inventory accuracy
  • Support invoice processing, update SOPs and training documentation, and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of post-university work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Supply Chain, Logistics or Business qualification is an asset
  • Adaptable, service-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills
