Summary
Responsible for directing movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store at the Crystals location, implementing shipping and receiving policies, maintaining organized inventory and supporting store operations and client deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion
- Manage and process inter-store transfers stock rotations and incoming outgoing shipments
- Support sales staff by locating merchandise not on the sales floor
- Prepare and complete inventories and cycle counts and participate in reconciliation
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and packaging levels are maintained
- Document client deliveries track and locate merchandise and troubleshoot missing deliveries
- Assist with visual merchandising fixture furniture and merchandise movement and storage
- Support facility and fixture maintenance coordinating cleaning and repair when required
- Complete paperwork for inventory maintenance including damages and returns to vendor
Requirements
- Experience managing retail inventory operations and shipping receiving procedures
- Ability to support visual merchandising and store image maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory reconciliation
- Capability to document deliveries track merchandise and follow up on issues
- Ability to assist the sales floor and collaborate with store management
- Proactive problem solving for space storage and replenishment needs
- Competence completing associated paperwork and administrative tasks
