- Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments as needed.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers and shipments.
- Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance.
- Partner with Management for replenishment on sold out styles.
- Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Exemplify core brand values when assisting customers.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Lead client delivery process and troubleshoot issues.
- Document and track client deliveries.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exposure to luxury retail preferred.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
