Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead at Louis Vuitton Coral Gables, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, managing operations, and upholding the brand's values and standards.

• Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational objectives and deliver service excellence.
• Manage store facilities, systems, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures to maintain brand standards.
• Provide client care and manage alterations when applicable.
• Supervise product flow, after-sales, loss prevention, health & safety, and administration.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and impact sales positively.

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably luxury.
• Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume setting.
• Strong people management and development skills.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Excellent organization, administration, and advanced computer skills, including Excel.
