Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead at Louis Vuitton in Palm Beach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager by leading and mentoring the team to achieve operational objectives. Your role will involve ensuring the highest level of client experience through strong operational support and representing the brand values.

• Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
• Encourage collaboration within the team and managers to build a positive work environment.
• Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
• Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
• Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales metrics.
• Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
• Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
• Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and organization of back of house areas.
• Act as on-site technological support.

• 3+ years of operational experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
