Summary
The Operations Lead supports store leadership by overseeing daily operational activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client experience through strong operational execution. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, store facilities, and assists with training on operational procedures and systems. The Operations Lead acts as a point person for compliance, back of house organization, and on-site technology support to drive business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor store team members and support managers in daily operations.
- Ensure service excellence and high standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
- Manage inventory control and the shipping and receiving lifecycle.
- Oversee store facility maintenance and organization of back of house areas.
- Support client care processes including alterations and aftersales coordination.
- Facilitate flow of repairs and track aftersales metrics with Client Care team.
- Provide on-site technological support and train teams on systems and procedures.
- Enforce company policies procedures and compliance directives.
- Assist with floor management and selling as required.
Requirements
- Proven operational experience in a retail environment with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and commitment to client experience.
- Experience managing inventory shipping and receiving processes.
