Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Lead at Louis Vuitton South Coast Plaza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will assist the Operations Manager in mentoring the team and achieving operational objectives, while delivering the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
  • Encourage collaboration within the team and managers to build a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
  • Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
  • Facilitate flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
  • Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
  • Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and organization of all back of house areas.
  • Act as on-site technological support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.
  • Technological proficiency to provide on-site support.
